  • Location to be available for up to 8 weeks (to allow for seed camp and pack down)

  • If the land is privately held, the land holders must be aware of the scope of the gathering (see website), and if the proposed site is public land, the relevant authorities/public servants must be notified and conducive.

  • Land large enough for 300 people to camp sparsely

  • Clean water - river

  • Distant from roads, man-made structures and preferrably the sounds of civilisation

  • A flat, reasonably clear area for the main circle, large enough for a circle of 150 people (40m dia.)

  • A parking area to accomodate 100 odd cars/buses/vans, remote from the site (at least 500m)

We recommend you spend a few days and nights camping in the area to observe weather pattens, spetacular sunrises and insect behaviour which may affect the gathering.

Bring your proposals (photos as well?) to the vision council.

Email notification of the time and date of the next vision council will be provided to signed up members.
